Appointments:
The day before your appointment, you’ll receive a phone call to confirm your appointment and complete our pre-registration process. The day of your appointment, park in the designated parking spots and call our office to notify us of your arrival. A technician will come to your vehicle to retrieve your pet. After your pet’s exam, the doctor will call you to discuss the results, and payment will be taken via phone. A technician will then return your pet to your vehicle with the receipt.
Food and Medicine Pickups:
Please call ahead with your food and medication requests. Call us once you are in our parking lot. We will take payment via phone and deliver your pets food/medications directly to your vehicle with your receipt. Ask about home delivery options!
This is temporary, and we will return to normal operation as soon as it’s appropriate. Thank you for your patience, cooperation and understanding through this difficult time. We will get through this together!
